Tesla has officially ended production of its groundbreaking Model S and Model X vehicles. To commemorate their legacy, the company is producing a final limited run of 350 'Signature Edition' cars—250 Model S Plaid and 100 Model X Plaid models—available by invitation only.

This move echoes the launch of the original Tesla Roadster and signals a shift in the company's focus towards future technologies like robotaxis. The Signature Edition models, priced at $159,420 each, come with a significant premium over standard Plaid versions, primarily for exclusive cosmetic features and collectibles rather than performance upgrades.

These final vehicles feature unique Garnet Red paint, gold badging, special interior accents with white Alcantara, and numbered dash plates. All 350 units have already been allocated through a selective, invitation-only process, closing the chapter on the models that redefined the electric vehicle industry over a decade ago.
