Mercedes-Benz is preparing to launch its first fully-electric C-Class sedan, and a preview of the interior reveals a dramatic focus on massive digital screens. While some automakers are scaling back screen size in favor of physical buttons, Mercedes is going in the opposite direction.

The new model will feature an optional Hyperscreen, a seamless display stretching across the dashboard. A standard Superscreen will group three displays under one glass panel. The cabin design is shared with the electric GLC SUV, featuring similar door panels, a simplified console, and a flat-bottom steering wheel.

The electric C-Class will offer numerous customization options, including vegan and Nappa leather seats, wood, carbon fiber, and unique fabric trims. While full specifications are not yet released, it is expected to share its powertrain technology with the GLC EV, which uses a 94.0-kWh battery.

The official reveal of the new Mercedes-Benz Electric C-Class is scheduled for Monday, April 20.
