Yamaha has officially launched the 2026 Ténéré 700 World Raid for the US market, addressing the demand for a more capable adventure-touring model. Previously, American riders only had access to the base Ténéré 700, while European markets enjoyed Rally and World Raid variants.
The World Raid, priced at $12,999, offers significant upgrades over the standard model. It features a larger 6.1-gallon dual fuel tank for extended range, a one-piece rally seat, and longer-travel suspension with 9.1 inches of front wheel travel. A key addition is a full suite of electronics, including lean-sensitive traction control, slide control, and cornering ABS, enabled by a new six-axis IMU.
Powered by the same 689cc CP2 parallel-twin engine, the World Raid benefits from ride-by-wire throttle with selectable modes. Other features include a steering damper, a 6.3-inch TFT display, and improved wind protection. It will be available in Redline White or Midnight Black, arriving in dealerships in May 2026.
