Uber is introducing a novel snowmobile service for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics. The service, a first for the ride-hailing giant, will operate in Cortina d'Ampezzo through a partnership with the local winter activities company Snowdreamers.

Unlike standard vehicles, snowmobiles do not require a driver's license to operate. To ensure safety, Uber has coordinated with the established tour company. Rides will feature professional drivers, full safety gear, and will be booked via the standard Uber app. Each snowmobile can carry two passengers, with group sizes capped at eight.

The service will be available in one-hour increments on select dates in February 2026. Notably, rides will be offered free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month, with advance reservations available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This initiative aims to provide a unique and memorable experience for visitors attending the Winter Olympic Games.
