The primary challenge for electric vehicles, especially motorcycles, is limited range. Stark Futures is addressing this by partnering with battery manufacturer Wanxiang A123 to industrialize a new 26120 cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell.

This new cell technology promises higher energy density in a compact form, allowing for more range without adding excessive weight or size—a critical factor for motorcycles. It also targets ultra-fast charging capabilities, with goals around a 10-minute charge time.

The partnership aims to enable the production of practical, high-performance on-road electric motorcycles that combine long range with rapid charging, moving beyond the current limitations that have hindered wider adoption.
