A Unique Charity Partnership

During the upcoming 2026 Las Vegas Auction, Barrett-Jackson is set to feature a highly anticipated auction lot: the 'Generational Showdown.' This exclusive pairing includes two high-performance Ram trucks: a one-of-one 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT and a custom-built 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10. Both vehicles will be sold without reserve on Friday, September 11, to coincide with UFC Fight Week.

This initiative is the result of a joint effort between Ram, RealTruck, the UFC, and Barrett-Jackson. According to organizers, the total proceeds from the sale will benefit two major charitable organizations: Folds of Honor, which provides educational scholarships to the families of disabled or fallen service members and first responders, and the UFC Foundation, specifically supporting programs linked to the Mexican Independence Day weekend.

The 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT: Future Performance

The centerpiece of this lot is the first retail-production 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT. This bespoke quad-cab features significant mechanical and aesthetic enhancements, including a shortened wheelbase and a aggressive widebody design. Under the hood, the standard Hemi V8 has been bolstered with a Direct Connection 3.0-liter supercharger, pushing performance well beyond 900 horsepower.

Key technical specifications of this modern marvel include:

  • Top speed targets of 170 mph
  • 0-60 mph acceleration in 3.4 seconds
  • 11.6-second quarter-mile time
  • Advanced hardware: four-corner air suspension, semi-active Bilstein shocks, and high-performance six-piston Brembo brakes

The 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10: A Legacy of Power

Complementing the modern truck is a classic 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10. This legendary model is powered by an 8.3-liter V10 engine sourced from the Dodge Viper, delivering 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque. Historically, this model once held the title for the world's fastest production pickup truck.

This specific vehicle has been meticulously customized. «The truck features a striking black and Molten Red two-tone paint scheme complemented by Rumble Bee-inspired graphics, with professional input from renowned Mopar designer Mark Trostle,» noted organizers. It also includes modern upgrades such as a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system and a unique console badge verifying its one-of-one status.

More Than Just Trucks

The successful bidder for this lot will not only secure two historic performance vehicles but will also receive a VIP UFC Experience package for a future event. The auction is scheduled to take place at 3:30 p.m. PDT on September 11 as part of the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas Auction, held September 10-12. UFC President and CEO Dana White is expected to be in attendance for the sale of this prestigious lot.
